Dear GoFAST Community,

A new Hotfix is now available for GoFAST platforms running version 4.2.0 on CentOS 7, an operating system officially end-of-life since June 30, 2024, but still supported through CEO-Vision's extended maintenance efforts.

Technical Details
To provide extended support for CentOS 7, CEO-Vision has implemented a rigorous protocol:

• Monitoring vulnerabilities using Tenable and CVE references published by NIST or relevant vendors, in alignment with our Security Policy.
• Manually patching critical vulnerabilities, including recompilation and internal validation of CentOS packages (e.g., Java).
• Conducting extensive testing to ensure stability and compatibility.

This Hotfix is part of our temporary support for CentOS 7, tailored for Enterprise clients who have not yet migrated to GoFAST 4.3.0.

Transition and End of Support
The extended support for CentOS 7 provided by CEO-Vision will conclude with the release of GoFAST v4.4.0, scheduled for Q1 2025.

We remind you that the latest GoFAST version, v4.3.0, has been available since this summer. All Enterprise clients have received tickets inviting them to update their environments. If your update is not yet planned, please contact our support team.

Recommendation
To ensure a secure and compliant environment, we strongly recommend planning your migration to GoFAST v4.3.0, which introduces significant security enhancements, including compatibility with the ANSSI BP-028 Enhanced profile.
