Or better, when can't I?

Even when she originally created the folder, a user that is space admin is blocked from deleting it.

Can you please confirm if the folder must be empty?
Or what else might be the case?

Normally, as a space admin, it is possible to delete any folder from the space, even if there are documents inside.

Can you create a ticket with the file concerned and who is the user concerned ? We will try to find out where the problem comes from.
