Disruption on the Gofast community

Hello, I am facing some challenges with the Gofast community I recently deployed. I do not know if this is a bug or just something wrong with the edition I deployed. I am currently facing this two prolem now and it is not helping me to do anything on my GoFast. First, when I deploy Gofast community and I want to add new groups and/or organizations from the add context button, I always get this error to refresh the page and even after that, the error persists as shown below.

Also, When I try changing the GoFast configuration, I simply see the interface shown like below, which is currently blocking me from making necessary changes.

Is this a bug or from my own settings? Also is it fixed for the community edition in version 4.1.1 that is recently released?

You are logged with a technical account that souldn't be used for user experience.
Can you try to log in using the account configured in the "Profil administrateur" part ?
