Hi,
We have a project to anonymise employee data after a certain period following an employee's departure. Identifier/login, First Nane, Last Name will be anonymised on Profile page, Metadata bloc, Audit, ...).
We also consider to introduce a new role/profile : the DPO (Data Protection Officer), who will decide on the future of the files in the "Personal Space"
At last, for documents with Employees personal data (payslip, contracts ...) the "Retention Date" can be used in conjonction with the "Category" to decide that a document must be destroyed or archived after a defined period of time.

Hi,There are some functional decisions to be made, a major one is the data will be anonymized in the database or just not displayed to the user. And for example the DPO can still see those personal data. Another option is that no-one cannot see anymore any personal data.
