I already posed some of this in the Support, and while getting some feedback I also received the suggestion to share my concerns here, perhaps others are interested as well

A/ Is there a possibility to integrate the full signature with electronic signatures from another authority than Yousign, which also offer an API? We know we can use (and are already doing so) external signatures of pdfs with qualified signature?

B/ If we were to use YouSign, could you advise on the type of subscription we need?

    • I assume it would be an API subscription of Yousign, is that right? If we use it within GoFAST, would we still manage the admin user license?
    • How would we figure out the actual costs for allowing signing for most internal users? Oh, and what does it cost on GoFAST side?
    • Does the GoFAST integration allow using of a server stamp/seal?
    • Does the GoFAST integration include OTP and ID-check, qualified time-stamping?
    • Is the integration in GoFAST using Yousign still require sending documents to Yousign? That is what I understand when reading their website.

Looking forward to getting more information...

Thank you Andrea. Btw, i will edit your post to be like your original one.

We have several signature connectors already :

      • Yousign (eIDAS compliant)
      • Pastell / i-parapheur (mainly used by french regional administration)
      • NEW: eSup-Signature (mainly used by french research and universities)

And of course it is possible to add others (if API exists)

If we were to use YouSign, could you advise on the type of subscription we need?
Most of our customers for now use 'simple' which is cheaper and does not need an ID upload eachtime (Advanced Electronic Signature - AdES). However depends ultimately the level of security you want.

I assume it would be an API subscription of Yousign, is that right? If we use it within GoFAST, would we still manage the admin user license?
You need the API (we are a Yousign reseller we buy it for you)

How would we figure out the actual costs for allowing signing for most internal users? Oh, and what does it cost on GoFAST side?
Sales will give you pricing details

Does the GoFAST integration allow using of a server stamp/seal?
We will give you details later on

Does the GoFAST integration include OTP and ID-check, qualified time-stamping?
Yes, done on Yousign side (@Sylvain for qualified time stamping)

Is the integration in GoFAST using Yousign still require sending documents to Yousign? That is what I understand when reading their website.
Correct, Yousign is the trusted service provider (TSP) the only body having authority to sign, then the document is then retrieved from Yousign, versioned on GoFAST together the proof files (zip), both being linked

Can I get back to that - I see we upload the document for signature, but does it stay there in a Yousign repository?

By default yes, however we could do a development (cost should be low) to avoid a storage in the Yousign repo
