Improvements for records retention management 4.6

In version 4.6, GoFAST introduces the first improvements for records retention management.
Here is an overview of the available enhancements:
1. Enhanced advanced search with retention end date and final disposition
The retention end date and final disposition have been added to the advanced search filters, as well as to the display columns for sorting and information.
This enhancement makes it easier to sort documents from multiple spaces at once and to search by retention date or final disposition.
Each search can be saved and reused.2. Multi-selection and bulk actions
From the advanced search, it is now possible to delete documents directly, allowing faster, more precise, and large-scale management.
Multiple documents from different spaces can be selected and deleted simultaneously.3. Retention management by directory
The administrative retention period and final disposition can now be applied at the directory level, offering greater flexibility for business users.
4. Automatic pre-archiving of documents
Documents can now automatically transition to the “pre-archived” state after a duration defined at the platform level.
These enhancements lay the groundwork for the next steps of improvement.
