For your information and as planned, GoFAST 4.6 (Q1 2026) will include a new profile allowing for more sensitive actions than the current profiles, in particular:
- can add an administrator (possibly themselves) to spaces (confidential or not) in which all administrators are disabled
- can go into the personal spaces of deactivated accounts to delete content and, in all likelihood, the personal space itself
- can assign "Confidential" authorization
- can assign the "CISO/DPO" profile to other users (the first "CISO/DPO" profile must be requested from CEO-Vision's support)
It is planned that these actions will be notified to "user-support" profiles in order to provide increased supervision of these sensitive actions.
