Template users and administration of templates

I was told to get access to templates/to use them, a user must be space contributor.
But it also looks to me that any space contributor can then edit or replace the template. Or am I misinterpreting this because trainings are done by space admins? -

Actually in GoFAST platform, Space Administrator and Space Contributor can modify/update the file templates.
For the next version, only space administrator will be able to update the file templates.Have a nice day,
