Lien gofast exchange 2013

Bonjour,
nous disposons d'un serveur mail Exchange 2013 et de client Outlook 2013.
Dans Gofast lorsque nous créons une réunion, les invités reçoivent bien une invitation dans outlook qu'ils peuvent ou non accepter. Cependant l'organisateur ne voit pas la réunion apparaitre dans son calendrier.
L'organisateur reçoit bien par mail la réunion avec un ics en pièce jointe mais celui est n'est pas intégré dans le calendrier. Exchange semble considérer que comme il en est l'organisateur il n'a pas à l'intégrer.
D'autres personnes ont elles Exchange 2013 et rencontrent elles ce problème ou mieux l'ont elles résolu via un paramétrage ?
