JITSI as an application

For several weeks we have been testing the JITSI webconference as an application, in addition to JITSI in a browser tab.
Our results are very positive and avoid differences in quality/compatibility between browsers.
Moreover it works well on MacOS (tested) and on Linux (AppImage), untested.
