Enregistrer une pièce jointe dans la GED est traité ici pour Outlook (mais c'est globalement pareil avec Thunderbird, Zimbra, ...) https://community.ceo-vision.com/topic/45/sauvegarder-un-email-pièce-jointe-à-partir-d-outlook-2016-sans-lecteur-réseau-monté-windows-10?_=1645180263305
Après il existe d'autres possibilités plus automatisée mais qui nécessite une étude particulière, comme pour envoyer à une adresse type factures@xxxx.com avec intégration en GED
