We advised the use of EUSURVEY – an open source application that is developed and maintained buy the EC : https://github.com/EUSurvey/EUSURVEY/tree/develop

Hi,

Thank you for bringing up EUSURVEY. It's great to see other tools with similar functionalities. I want to highlight that our GoFAST platform currently includes a "Forms" feature, which serves a similar purpose. From our assessments, there isn't a significant difference between the capabilities of EUSURVEY and our Forms.

However, it should be noted that the current interface of our forms may seem less functional; but with the next version 4.3, scheduled for June, we will be introducing a major overhaul of the forms interface, making it more ergonomic and user-friendly.
