Après avoir tenté d'éditer en ligne un document, le message suivant s'affiche :
Ceci est généralement la conséquence d'un problème de paramétrage sur le poste de travail Windows ou du navigateur.
4 possibilités :
- on souhaite "éditer en ligne" un document autre qu'Office (ex.: un PDF), il faut installer ce logiciel "ITHit Edit Document Opener"
- l'extension de fichier n'est pas associée au niveau Windows ou du Navigateur pour Firefox (ex.: .doc doit ouvrir MS-Office ou LibreOffice). - il n'existe pas d'application installée sur le poste pour ouvrir ce type de fichier
- Vous aviez déjà installé "ITHit Edit Document Opener" mais l'extension dans le navigateur est désactivée, réactivez là ex. sous Firefox
