Hello @aclassen , This option is interesting in the case the organization has very open vision about the management of access rights on GoFAST platform. For example, we can have this situation in some organizations with strong representation of researchers. They have often many small collaborative projects with other internal or external colleagues and it’s important for them to be able to create fastly Group/Extranet space of second level and add user and not have to wait Administrator of first level gives access each time. If this option is activated, the system of notifications is planned to notify super administrators, administrators of spaces some spaces are not active for a long period of time (no actions with files in the spaces) , spaces can be removed from platform. Dear @aclassen , Actually in GoFAST platform, Space Administrator and Space Contributor can modify/update the file templates. For the next version, only space administrator will be able to update the file templates. Have a nice day, Yelena Yevtykhova

Hello @aclassen and thank you for your question. Space home page: Currently there is no standard home page for a Collaborative Space (by default it's ampty). You can create a "wiki" page shared between the administrators of the various Spaces so that they can copy the content and paste it on the home tab of the Spaces they manage. The main home page: by default, the activity thread is displayed. However, if necessary we can set up a "Dashboard" page for you. For the moment, this page is the same for all users (the types of "blocks"), but the information and content that are displayed in the blocks depend of course on the access rights of the users. Eg: everyone will have the "Tasks / Processes" block, but the tasks displayed will be different depending on the user. Yours, Olga

We have several ways for digital signatures with GoFAST : the easiest one if to use Acrobat or Foxit directly in GoFAST https://gofast-docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/docs-gofast-users/doc-gofast-utilisation-avancee.html#signature-electronique-unitaire-des-pdf (don't know why the title is in French) for mutiple signature at the same time you can you Xolidosign we plan also to connect GoFAST to Yousign in late summer (https://yousign.com/), Yousign is an european competitor to Docusign stamp signature directly in GoFAST (additional module) : GoFAST adds a stamp directly in the PDF (usually in a workflow) Obliviously all those signatures mechanisms are generally used in conjunction of a GoFAST workflow process, where different actors give approval and signoff. For Records management (which is more pre-archiving), we will produce a small documentation in the next weeks. Basically you can assign a "Duration Date" to a GoFAST category (i.e Invoice). The documents with this category will be in Read Only State. When reaching this Duration date, the document will be either deleted or transferred to a legal Record Management Systems for Long-term archiving. Please note that to our knowledge there are no European Regulations about Legal Record Management. In the U.S it is regulated by Dept. of Defense DOD 5015.02, in France NF Z42-013 (ISO 14641-1) and the ISO 15489. @aclassen The normal behavior should be that when you arrive on the login page while you had an SSO ticket already (from Keycloak for example) you are automatically login into GoFAST, so you don't have to login form displayed at all. If you are an external user (and no SSO), you will have the form displayed. I hope this answer your question.
